A one night deposit is charged at the time of reservation.  Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 6pm the day prior to your arrival so that you do not forfeit your deposit.

To be considered a group booking you must reserve 11 or more rooms. Please contact our sales department to make arrangements for your group. Discounts may be available for groups with 50 or more rooms.

At the time of your reservation a first night room rate plus tax is required as a deposit. If you require additional room nights paid in advance on a major credit card you can make this request at the time of initial booking with your Water Club Ambassador. Hotel stays can also be pre-paid by certified check or international money order, and should be sent to the attention of the hotel's Credit Manager by registered mail or courier. Advance payment for additional funds above the cost of the hotel stay, or additional hotel nights being paid for subsequent to the initial deposit require authorization to be sent via fax in advance. The transmission should include a letter that outlines the exact amount being approved as well as a copy of the form and back of the credit card to be charged.

The Water Club has rooms that have been designed to meet the needs of the physically disabled. Features may include wider doorways, lowered light switches, and support bars in the bathroom.

Rooms for the hearing impaired include closed caption televisions, door beacons or door knock light signaler, Porta-View text phone, phone call alert and portable amplifiers.

The Shoppes, the Sunroom Lounge and Immersion are available to the public. All other amenities, including the Pools, are exclusively for customers staying at The Water Club.

The Water Club does not offer casino gaming. The casino action is mere steps away at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa with a 161,000-square-foot casino floor incorporating 4,100 slot machines and 200 table games. Among the available table games are poker, blackjack, roulette, Baccarat, novelty games, Racebook, Pai Gow tiles and Sic Bo. Daily poker tournaments are held in Borgata's 85-table Poker Room, the largest in Atlantic City. 

In-room dining is available at The Water Club as well as quick-bites at the Sunroom and pools. Menus are the work of the renowned chef Geoffrey Zakarian of Country and Town, Manhattan.

The Water Club offers several sensual indoor and outdoor pools, each offers a distinct experience with comfortable lounge chairs and poolside pampering. Access to all pools at The Water Club is restricted to persons 18 years and older. The indoor and outdoor pools are exclusive to The Water Club hotel customers and require a room key to be presented before entering them. The lap pool at Immersion Spa at The Water Club is accessible to customers of Immersion only.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so by 6:30 pm the evening before your appointment. There is a 100% charge for cancellations later than 6:30 pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card.

No. The Water Club Gift Card is a prepaid gift card that carries a fixed cash amount determined by the giver at the time of purchase. Each time the card is used, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance.

At this time The Water Club Gift Card can only be sent to the person purchasing the gift card. And will be sent to the address specified at the time of purchase.
